Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser in Knoxville, TN. You will sell, order, and present products, collaborate with customers to generate accurate orders, and ensure promotions and commercial plans are executed across accounts.

You will merchandise products, maintain back rooms, and support POS materials while building strong relationships with store personnel and ensuring safe handling per guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, listening, speaking and writing.
• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).
• Strong critical thinking and initiative; driven and career-minded.

Responsibilities

• Manage, sell, and execute for an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generate orders to meet daily targets.
• Execute promotions and new products based on plans to ensure strong execution scores.
• Stock, merchandize, rotate products on shelves and displays per procedures.
• Organize back room by stacking and arranging product, return of empty pallets, and handling damaged/outdated stock.
• Create and distribute point-of-sale materials and rotate products as permitted.
• Foster relationships with store personnel through follow-ups, pricing, and programs.
• Identify competitive issues or market activities and communicate them while performing duties safely.
