Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in retail settings.

• Critical thinking skills and proactive learning mindset.
• High school education or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Sells, orders and presents products for assigned customers on daily routes.
• Executes promotions and new products to ensure RED scores at stores.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display per programs.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display per permits.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-up and pricing.
• Identifies competitive issues or market activities and communicates them.
