Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist in Tennessee to support the POD model within a flexible, around-the-clock operation. You will coordinate with customers, merchandisers, and drivers to ensure timely order fulfillment and proper inventory flow.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service as essential contributions to revenue, volume, and gross profit across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of merchandising or retail experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs.
• Provides vacation coverage to the Bulk Account Merchandiser and POD Merchandiser.
• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders to ensure day-to-day success.
• Executes promotions and new products based on LOS initiatives and marketing plans to ensure excellence in RED scores.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging product and handling returns of pallets and damaged items.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates product on shelves where permitted.
