Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist in Lebanon/Mt. Juliet, TN.

This role provides vacation coverage for other merchandisers and coordinates with stores, drivers, and customers to ensure on-time routes and accurate inventory. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential. The position emphasizes daily route execution, promotions, and display maintenance in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation within a large-scale sales channel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year or less of work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelves.
• Manage, sell, and execute for assigned customers on routes and generate sales orders.
• Execute promotions and new products per LOS and marketing plans to achieve RED scores.
• Coordinate with store personnel, merchandiser, and driver for order refusals and inventory concerns.
• Provide weekend coverage and act as liaison for route coverage.
