Job summary

Continental Services in Indianapolis is seeking an Associate Route Merchandiser to service vending machines and markets, deliver OCS orders, and maintain equipment cleanliness. You will use a company vehicle and tablet/phone to track inventory and ensure proper product rotation, including checking expiration dates.

The role requires strong customer service, a valid driver's license, and the ability to train new merchandisers. Shift is Monday–Friday with benefits and on-site work in Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; valid driver’s license; DOT check.
• Prior experience in delivery, route driving, merchandising, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to read, speak and understand English.
• Proficient with computers, iPads, GPS technology, and basic inventory systems; ability to operate box trucks preferred.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels across product categories and count/record inventory per protocol.
• Restock shelves and displays with proper product rotation.
• Deliver merchandise using company vehicle and ensure proper handling of perishable items.
• Collect money from kiosks and vending machines; record transactions accurately.
• Perform routine cleaning and inspections of equipment and work areas.
