Job summary

Continental in Sterling Heights is seeking a Route Merchandiser to service vending machines and markets, deliver OCS orders, and maintain inventory while upholding cleanliness of equipment. You will use a company vehicle and tablet to track inventory and ensure proper product rotation, including checking expiration dates.

You will be responsible for accurate accounting of proceeds and for providing excellent customer service on every route, with shift responsibilities including inventory counts,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; DOT requirements may apply.
• Experience in delivery, route driving, or merchandising preferred.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory across beverages, snacks, and fresh items.
• Count, record, and order inventory per established protocols.
• Restock shelves and displays with proper rotation and tracking.
• Handle out-of-date merchandise and document discrepancies.
• Deliver merchandise using a company vehicle; ensure proper refrigeration when needed.
• Collect cash from kiosks and record transactions per loss-prevention rules.
