Continental Services in Maple Heights is seeking a Route Merchandiser to service vending machines and markets, deliver OCS orders, and maintain equipment cleanliness. You will use a company vehicle and tablet/phone to track inventory, ensure product rotation, and accurately account for proceeds.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, route efficiency, and safe handling of products across multiple product categories, with a focus on reliability and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in delivery, route driving, merchandising, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills in English.
• Proficient with computers, iPads, GPS technology, and basic inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy across product categories (beverages, snacks, etc.).
• Count, record, and order inventory following protocols; complete full counts.
• Restock shelves, coolers, and displays with proper product rotation.
• Deliver merchandise using a company vehicle; handle perishable items properly.
• Monitor temperatures of coolers/refrigeration and report deviations.
• Collect money from kiosks and vending machines; record transactions accurately.
