Job summary

Continental in Maple Heights is seeking a Route Merchandiser to service vending machines and markets, deliver OCS orders, and maintain equipment cleanliness. You will use a company vehicle and tablet, manage inventory, and ensure proper product rotation, including expiration dates.

Responsibilities include inventory counts, restocking, loading/unloading, safe driving, route optimization, cash handling at kiosks, safety reporting, and training new team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in delivery, route driving, merchandising, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
• Proficient with computers, iPads, GPS technology, and basic inventory systems.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks (if applicable to your region).
• Detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong visual merchandising abilities and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized product presentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels across product categories and perform counts.
• Restock shelves and displays with proper rotation.
• Load and unload products safely using proper lifting techniques.
• Deliver merchandise using a company vehicle.
• Monitor temperatures and report deviations.
• Collect cash from kiosks and record transactions accurately.
• Provide training to new Route Merchandisers as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning of equipment and areas and ensure professional POS presentation.
