Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and DOT checks.
• Prior experience in delivery, route driving, merchandising, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills in English.
• Proficient with computers, iPads, GPS, and inventory systems; box trucks experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels across product categories (beverages, snacks, etc.).
• Restock shelves, coolers, and displays with proper rotation and pricing.
• Load/unload products safely; deliver merchandise using a company vehicle.
• Ensure perishable items are refrigerated and temperatures are maintained.
• Collect cash from kiosks and record transactions accurately.
• Train new Route Merchandisers as needed and support regional needs.
