Job summary

American Greetings Corporation is seeking a Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations, display and maintain inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap, and related products. You will manage store backrooms, coordinate with store staff, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. Candidates must be 18+, able to lift up to 40 pounds, have reliable transportation, and be comfortable using a company tablet for tasks.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple locations.
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job updates.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using a company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Occasional weekends and holiday scheduling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products within greeting card departments and maintain backroom organization.
• Communicate with management about schedules and service issues.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time-management and organization.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, and product relocation when required.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload using a company-provided tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
