American Greetings is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to support multiple retail locations, ensuring greeting card departments are stocked and visually appealing. Candidates will manage inventories, organize backrooms, and communicate with store leadership to align on schedules.

The role requires day-time availability, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, reliable transportation, and comfort working with a company-issued tablet across locations.

Qualifications

• 18 yrs or older.
• English proficiency required (speak, read, write, understand).
• Lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Reliable transportation for multiple locations.
• Reliable internet for updates and training.
• Ability to learn and use company tablet for daily tasks.
• Willingness to work weekends and around major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders, displaying in greeting card departments and other locations.
• Communicate with management about service or schedule questions.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with time-management and organizational skills.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets, minor fixture work, product assembly, relocation or removal as needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload in assigned stores using a company tablet.
• Work independently and in a team.
