Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Merchandiser to work independently across various retail locations, displaying and maintaining inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap accessories, party goods, plush and more. You will demonstrate strong organization and time management to service routes and ensure products are well presented.

Ideal candidates will be 18 or older, able to lift up to 40 pounds, and have reliable transportation. Training is provided, and 401(k) with company match is offered.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Reliable transportation required for multiple retail locations.
• Access to reliable internet/device for training and updates.
• Occasional weekends and holiday scheduling required.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned stores on your route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product in greeting card departments and other locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and perform inventory tasks.
• Communicate with management about schedules or questions.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Occasionally assist with store resets and fixture work.
• Plan weekly service schedule using a company-issued tablet.
