Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations on a defined route. You will display products in greeting card departments, manage backroom organization, and maintain levels of inventory for celebrations items across cards, gift wrap, party goods, plush, and more.

The role emphasizes independence, time management, and the ability to work with store teams. Training is provided and flex scheduling helps accommodate peak holiday periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodations.
• Access to reliable transportation for multi-location routes.
• Comfort with using a company tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Weekend and major holiday scheduling availability.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders and displays.
• Communicate with management regarding service or schedules.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment using time and organizational skills.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Availability for additional days and extended hours around holidays.
• Assist with store resets including minor fixture work or product assembly.
