Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to communicate in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Lift up to 40 pounds with/without accommodations.
• Reliable transportation to service multiple locations.
• Reliable internet for updates and training.
• Company tablet usage for training and tasks.
• Weekend and holiday scheduling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned locations, merchandise and display product in greeting card departments.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and manage inventory tasks.
• Communicate schedule questions to management.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime hours.
• Be available for extra days around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets including fixture work or product relocation.
• Plan weekly service schedule via company tablet.
• Work independently or with a team.
