Job summary

Strategic Retail Partners in Houston, TX is seeking a Route Service Representative to travel a large territory, set up and merchandise products, and drive sales at store level. The role requires a valid driver s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort with nightly travel. The schedule starts at 6:00am with 48b hours weekly, plus overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

Valid drivers license and good driving record.
Tech savvy with smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom is preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail.

Responsibilities

Independently travel across a large territory to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
Set up and merchandise products at stores using a company vehicle.
Maintain planograms and arrange promotional displays to drive sales.
Collaborate with store managers and team members to hit merchandising goals.
Manage stock and ensure shelves are stocked; maintain a company storage unit.
Schedule starts at 6:00am; typically 48b hours per week with occasional overtime.
Be prepared to spend 2 nights away from home weekly when required.
