Job summary

Strategic Retail Partners in Austin, Texas seeks a Route Service Representative to travel across a large territory, implement merchandising plans, and maintain top-quality product displays and planograms.

The role is hourly, non-exempt with base pay of $18.17–$19.17 per hour, typically 48–52 hours weekly with overtime. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, weekly pay, 401(k) with match, and travel perks.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or retail is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical requirements.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to rent/operate a rental car as needed.

Responsibilities

• Travel across a large territory to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise products at stores on a route.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• Maintain planograms for consistency across locations.
• Set up promotional displays and place materials accurately.
• Collaborate with store managers and team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and handle inventory in stores.
