Strategic Retail Partners, a leader in in-store merchandising, is seeking a Route Service Representative in Abilene, Texas. You will travel across stores to implement merchandising plans, set up displays, rotate stock, and maintain planograms, while collaborating with store managers.

This full-time, hourly role offers weekly pay, company-paid benefits, travel/overnight allowances, and a path for growth. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, tech-savvy skills, and prior customer service

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Tech savviness with smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Travel across a large territory to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise products at stores on a route.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• Maintain planograms for consistency across locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure materials are correctly placed.
• Collaborate with store managers and team members to meet merchandising goals.
• Manage stock and rotate products; handle inventory storage as needed.
