Job summary

Strategic Retail Partners in Abilene, TX, seeks a Route Service Representative to travel across a large territory, set up and merchandise products, and maintain planograms to support sales. You will work with store managers to achieve merchandising goals and handle stock and displays on a multi-location route.

The role starts early (6:00am) with a 48–52 hour week and occasional overtime. A valid driver’s license and ability to rent a vehicle are required; 21+ and tech-savvy candidates are

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Tech savviness with smartphone apps, Outlook and Zoom.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to rent and operate a rental car through approved vendor.

Responsibilities

• Travel across a large territory to implement merchandising plans.
• Set up, replenish and merchandise products at stores on a route using SRP vehicles.
• Arrange displays and maintain planograms for consistency across locations.
• Collaborate with store managers and team members to hit merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products and ensure shelves are well stocked.
