Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Chauffer License may be required depending on location (IN, MI, TN).
• Ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.
• 1-3 years of related DSD experience preferred.
• English language proficiency to converse with the public and read traffic signs.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and rotate products on shelves to ensure quality and freshness.
• Drive sales by securing new display space and setting up incremental displays.
• Follow up on new accounts and strengthen customer relationships.
• Introduce new products to maximize sales and shelf space.
• Conduct daily route settlement for products, invoices, and cash.
• Safely drive the route truck and complete DOT daily logs.
• Submit required paperwork and deposits on time.
