Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a route sales/delivery associate. The role involves merchandising, stocking, and ensuring product freshness on store shelves. You will drive a company route truck, manage displays, and build strong customer relationships across accounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Successfully able to obtain Chauffer License (If job location is in IN, MI, TN).

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and ensure proper rotation of products on store shelves and displays.
• Drive sales by securing new display space and using sales data to inform store strategies.
• Follow up on new account opportunities and build customer relationships.
• Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space.
• Conduct daily route settlement procedures for products, invoices, and cash; maintain inventory counts.
• Safely drive the route truck and complete DOT daily logs.
• Submit required documentation, paperwork, and deposits on time.
