Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to cover routes in Mineola, Alba, and Quitman. Starting pay ranges from $18.62 to $23.40 per hour, with additional incentives and bonuses for performance.

The role entails building displays, POS advertising, inventory management, and daily coordination with customers and store staff. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, be able to use a personal vehicle for business, and lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.
