Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Pecos, TX is seeking Order Replenishment Merchandisers to ensure our beverages are displayed and rotated to maximize availability. This position involves building displays, managing stock, coordinating with sales routes, and maintaining shelves while following merchandising standards.

Starting pay is $19.68–$24.73 per hour, with incentives and comprehensive benefits. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be able to lift 50+ pounds; prior merchandising

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
• Good planning, organization and attention to detail.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle for business trips.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Position Point of Sale material according to standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation.
• Manage stock levels and trade breakage on routes.
• Determine product needs and place orders for routes.
• Communicate daily with customers, colleagues and shoppers.
