Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply invites a Route Manager to join our team in California. Lead and mentor route drivers and customer service staff, ensuring service excellence and prompt issue resolution across your district.

You will drive growth, assist with recruiting and onboarding, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role advances toward higher leadership and requires travel up to 50% with a focus on client satisfaction and team development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience leading teams
• Experience in training, goal setting, employee development
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Clean driving record; CDL not required
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Willingness to drive route when needed
• Military experience highly valued
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Leading, training, and mentoring route drivers and customer service representatives
• Conducting regular customer service audits and resolving service issues promptly
• Supporting route operations during employee absences, including driving routes as needed
• Driving growth and performance across your district through service excellence
• Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and employee development
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers and reinforcing our service commitment
• Performing all other duties as assigned with a proactive, team-first mindset
• Other duties as required
