Prudential Overall Supply, a leading provider of uniform and textile rental services, is hiring a Sales & Service Manager in California. You will lead and develop a team of Route Sales Representatives and Route Managers to drive district growth and exceptional customer satisfaction.

• 2+ years of customer service experience.

Lead a High-Performing Team | Drive Growth | Monday–Friday Schedule

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a results-driven Sales & Service Manager to lead and develop a team of Customer Sales Representatives and Route Managers. This role is critical to driving customer satisfaction, retention, and district growth through strong leadership, coaching, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Route Sales Representatives and Route Managers
• Manage and grow a district through strong customer relationships and account retention

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in customer service
• 2+ years of leadership experience (training, coaching, employee relations)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Military experience is highly valued
