CLS is seeking a Route Manager in Kalamazoo to ensure smooth deliveries, handle service requests, and drive team performance with the DSM. You will train and coach Route Service Professionals, becoming the expert on all routes in your area, with substantial field time and occasional on-site weeks.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to drive up to 10 hours a day.
• Lift up to 75 lbs repetitively; push/pull heavy carts.
• One year of customer service experience required.
• Chauffeur license and clean driving record.
• Prior route experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
