Job summary

The Kendall Group in Benton Harbor, MI is seeking a Route Driver who will deliver and pickup goods, provide exceptional customer service, and support warehouse operations. You’ll drive delivery vans and box trucks, load/unload cargo, and help optimize routes while maintaining safety and vehicle condition.

Your work will require solid communication, reliability, and the ability to work with a team and supervisors to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• DOT medical exam pass and 1-year card.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math and reading maps.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Drive and operate delivery vans and box trucks.
• Load and unload trucks following procedures.
• Review and optimize delivery routes.
• Maintain daily shipping manifest and vehicle condition.
• Assist with warehouse duties as needed.
• Attend meetings and training sessions.
• Other duties as assigned.
