Job Description
The Route Field Service Technician acts as a liaison between Shaffer and its assigned locations/customers, responsible for customer relations, equipment installations, and repairs. Our customers range from bars and clubs to restaurants and bowling alleys. At Shaffer, our technicians enjoy a strong camaraderie and take pride in their work. A valid Non-CDL Driver's License and Motor Vehicle Record check are required.
What will your day look like as a Service Technician?
Normal work hours are Wed & Thurs 9am-11pm and Fri 9am-12am, with an hour meal break, along with rotating weekend and holiday on-call
