Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a service environment preferred.
• Driving experience in a service environment needed.
• Demonstated customer service skills and strong management/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer contact on a regular basis.
• Introduce new products/services to customers.
• Address issues regarding credit requests, credit and payment terms, contract status, service delivery frequency and service days with customers.
• Participate in route settlement with the goal of improving issue resolution, COD pickups, and paperwork integrity.
• Schedule new account installations, including day stop sequence, first deliveries and other matters with the customer.
• Other service related duties as appropriate.
