Job summary

WM is seeking a Driver Route Hybrid NonCDL to support WMHS and Medical Waste operations. You will service client accounts, destruction or waste pickup, and maintain routes with emphasis on safety and customer service.

The role covers routes when teammates are absent, with a strong focus on accuracy, OSHA/DOT compliance, and professional client interaction. Training and career progression are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to customer service and safety on every route.
• Ability to plan daily routes based on client needs and paperwork.
• Familiarity with DOT hours of service and driver logs.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite/offsite document destruction and medical waste pickup and transport.
• Plan daily schedule based on customer needs and route papers.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip checks and report maintenance issues.
