Job summary

Waste Management is seeking a Route Driver Hybrid NonCDL to cover routes when teammates are on vacation or sick, serving WMHS and Medical Waste clients with secure document destruction and medical waste removal. You will be the face of WMHS, uphold company values, and support customer needs with on-time service.

This role requires at least 3 years driving shred/box trucks, a valid license, and the ability to obtain a medical card.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving shred or box trucks preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain medical card.

Responsibilities

• Performs onsite/offsite document destruction or medical waste transport.
• Plans daily schedule based on customer needs and routes.
• Provides high levels of customer service and resolves issues with Dispatch.
• Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reports maintenance needs.
• Maintains safety by complying with DOT hours and local regulations.
• Maintains route documentation, barcode checks and secure containers.
