Qualifications

• 0–1 years of driving experience, preferably with box trucks
• Valid driver's license required
• CMV drivers must obtain a medical card

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned routes ensuring customers' waste is picked up in a safe, timely and accurate manner
• Transport waste safely according to all federal, provincial, and local rules and regulations
• Plan daily schedule based on customers' needs by reviewing daily paperwork such as manifests and route sheets
• Follow routing software route schedule
• Load/unload trucks and secure waste
• Provide the highest level of customer service and communicate issues to supervisor or dispatcher
• Ensure proper vehicle and paperwork handling per DOT guidelines
