This role emphasizes coordinating with employers, supporting scheduling, and ensuring client success through effective communication and collaboration with the Retail Manager and transportation staff.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalency.
• 6 months’ route driving experience in service environment.
• Above-average interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with office equipment (copier, fax, calculator, telephone).
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Willing to travel intrastate and occasional overnight stays.
• Pre-employment drug screen required and background check.
• Ability to organize tasks, document accurately and exercise sound judgment.
• Flexibility to work schedules based on client needs and overtime.

Aufgaben

• Review, determine and coordinate services to support social/vocational integration.
• Develop client-specific jobs by matching skills to careers and recruiting employers.
• Assist employers with training and arrange adaptive devices or mentoring.
• Develop natural supports and transportation/resources to aid client success.
• Complete billing documentation and maintain client plans.
• Interpret contracts and stay current with regulatory requirements.
• Assist client toward maximum potential and self-determination.
• Support Retail Manager with daily scheduling and in manager’s absence communicate with driver.
