Responsibilities

• Develop client-specific jobs by matching client skills to occupations and solicit employers.
• Assist employers with training issues to ensure client gains appropriate knowledge and skills.
• Develop natural supports to secure vocational success and arrange for transportation when needed.
• Complete documentation to support billing, including job success plans and assessments.
• Interpret contracts and stay current with regulatory developments.
