HOME OF HOPE in Vinita, OK seeks a dedicated professional to develop relationships that create employment opportunities for clients. You will facilitate placement, support retention in vocational settings, and advocate for access to social services.

The role emphasizes client-centered planning, coordinating services, and documenting outcomes to ensure successful job matches and ongoing support for program participants.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Experience: 6 months in service oriented environment ideally in a job development capacity.
• Skills: above average interpersonal, verbal and written communications; basic math; proficiency in using office equipment that includes copier, fax, calculator, and telephone system.

Responsabilidades

• Develop client-specific jobs by matching client skills to occupations and solicit employers.
• Assist employers with training issues to ensure client gains appropriate knowledge and skills.
• Develop natural supports to secure vocational success and arrange for transportation when needed.
• Complete documentation to support billing, including job success plans and assessments.
• Interpret contracts and stay current with regulatory developments.
