Qualifications

• Customer service skills to interact with customers professionally.
• Ability to work independently and manage time on local routes.
• Willingness to learn manual transmission operation when needed.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up freight from customers and shippers on time.
• Inspect the vehicle and report any mechanical issues.
• Load the truck efficiently to optimize space and protect packages.
• Collect payments for certain packages as needed.
• Verify pickups on shipping documents and keep records accurate.
• Notify management of problems or discrepancies and keep vehicle clean.
