Crystal Clean is hiring Oil Sales & Service Representatives for a local California route. You will be home every night, build customer relationships, load and unload oil, and drive sales while representing a trusted environmental services leader.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; CDL Class B with Med Card, Airbrake, Tanker, and HAZMAT are preferred. Expect a competitive earnings range with solid benefits and training support.

This is a local route where you will be home every night. We offer a sign-on bonus of up to $2,000, and a six-month training period with guaranteed pay of $1,100/week.

What You’ll Do

• Own Your Route: Manage and grow your territory by building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Deliver Essential Services: Use hoses and equipment to efficiently load and offload oil from various containers.
• Drive Sales: Spot opportunities, recommend services, and boost your earnings through performance.
• Work Independently: Plan efficient routes, stay safe, and represent Crystal Clean with professionalism.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Able to maneuver hoses weighing up to 40 lbs and climb ladders regularly
