Crystal Clean is seeking Oil Sales & Service Representatives for a local Raleigh route. You will be home every night and earn a competitive combination of base pay and commissions. A six-month training period guarantees $1,100 per week while you ramp up.

The role blends sales, hands-on service, and daily variety, with growth opportunities in a stable, expanding industry. A sign-on bonus of up to $2,000 is available.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Able to operate equipment and electronic devices.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Class B CDL, Medical Card, Airbrake, Tanker, and HAZMAT preferred.
• Able to maneuver hoses weighing up to 40 lbs and climb ladders regularly.

• Own Your Route: Manage and grow your territory by building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Deliver Essential Services: Use hoses and equipment to efficiently load and offload oil from various containers.
• Drive Sales: Spot opportunities, recommend services, and boost your earnings through performance.
• Work Independently: Plan efficient routes, stay safe, and represent Crystal Clean with professionalism.
