Job summary

Crystal Clean LLC is hiring motivated Oil Sales & Service Representatives to join our team on a local route. You’ll be on the road, build customer relationships, and earn great money while helping customers stay compliant and environmentally responsible.

This is a home-night route with sign-on bonus up to $2,000 and a six-month training period with guaranteed pay of $1,100 per week. You’ll own your route, load/unload oil, drive sales, and advance through a supportive, safety‑minded culture.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication and service orientation.
• Willing to operate equipment and load/unload oil safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent; CDL Class B preferred.
• Ability to maneuver hoses up to 40 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Own Your Route: manage and grow territory through relationships.
• Deliver Essential Services: load/unload oil using hoses and equipment.
• Drive Sales: spot opportunities and promote services.
• Work Independently: plan routes, stay safe, represent the company.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Comfortable operating equipment and electronic devices
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, Tanker, and HAZMAT preferred
• Able to maneuver hoses weighing up to 40 lbs and climb ladders regularly
