Crystal Clean LLC is hiring for a Sales & Service Representative on a local route based in Schertz, TX, with home nightly. Earn a six-month training period with guaranteed pay of $1,100/week, plus a sign-on bonus of up to $2,000.

The role combines sales, hands-on service, and daily variety in an environmentally responsible company. Offered earnings range from $70,000 to $85,000+ annually (base + commission); full benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, FSAs and EAP.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable operating equipment and electronic devices.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Class B CDL, Medical Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT preferred.
• Able to lift 80 lbs and maneuver drums over 400 lbs (with proper tools).

• Deliver Essential Services: Maintain parts-washing equipment and handle scheduled waste drum pickups.
