Crystal Clean is seeking motivated Sales & Service Representatives for a local Knoxville route. This role puts you on the road, helping customers while delivering essential environmental services and earning strong pay through base plus commission.

You’ll own your route, manage customer relationships, handle equipment upkeep, and spot opportunities to grow sales. The position offers full benefits, paid training, and advancement in a stable industry with a culture of safety and respect.

This is a local route where you will be home every night. We offer a sign-on bonus of up to $2,000, and a six-month training period with guaranteed pay of $1,100/week.

What You’ll Do

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Comfortable operating equipment and electronic devices
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT preferred
• Able to lift 80 lbs and maneuver drums over 400 lbs (with proper tools)
