Job summary

Crystal Clean LLC is a nationwide leader in environmental and waste services, hiring motivated Sales & Service Representatives for local routes home every night. A sign-on bonus of up to $2,000 and six-month training with guaranteed pay of $1,100 per week are offered.

You’ll blend sales, hands-on service, and daily variety, growing your territory, maintaining equipment, and driving service quality while earning competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and electronic devices.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT preferred.
• Able to lift 80 lbs and maneuver drums over 400 lbs with proper tools.

• Own Your Route: Manage and grow your territory by building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Deliver Essential Services: Maintain parts-washing equipment and handle scheduled waste drum pickups.
• Drive Sales: Spot opportunities, recommend services, and boost your earnings through performance.
• Work Independently: Plan efficient routes, stay safe, and represent Crystal Clean with professionalism.
