1-800-GOT-JUNK? in East Brunswick, NJ is seeking a performance-minded individual with strong communication skills and work ethic to join our blue-truck team. You will motivate others, ensure safety, and deliver excellent service while helping the community.

A typical day includes vehicle inspections, two-person teams visiting customers, providing estimates, and responsible disposal. Paid training, profit sharing, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age required for commercial truck operations.
• Valid driver’s license (No CDL required).
• Clean driving history for 3 years (no points, suspensions, or violations).
• Positive, friendly attitude with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Begin with vehicle inspection and morning meeting.
• Work in teams of two in blue trucks to collect items from customers’ homes.
• Provide detailed estimates and final pricing to customers.
• Dispose of items responsibly through recycling, donating, and waste facilities.
• Maintain communication with operations team and strive for community impact.

What We Offer:

• Flexible Scheduling: (We operate 7 days a week) Full-time - 4 Shifts per week (8-12 hour shifts) Part-time- 2-3 Shifts per week (still 8-12 hour shifts) Immediate start dates & paid training
• Total Average Earnings: $22 - $26/hour

A typical day includes:

• The day starts with a commercial vehicle inspection, followed by a morning meeting.
• Teams of two will head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
• Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer
• Once your truck is full, you will dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities
• To run efficiently, teams must maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team

What you bring to the company:

• You are 21+ years of age (Required for commercial truck Insurance)
• Possess a valid driver’s license (No CDL Required!)
