Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for Truck Team Members in New Jersey who will drive a company truck, work with a teammate, and guide customers through our removal service. You’ll be active, communicative, and part of a busy team that loves getting the job done right.

The role offers $22-26 per hour (all-in), with full-time and part-time shifts (8–12 hour), paid training, uniforms, and opportunities for growth through performance awards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be comfortable driving a company truck
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Head out with a teammate on a set route
• Drive a company truck to homes and businesses
• Walk customers through the service and estimates
• Remove items such as furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items
• Lift and carry 50-75+ lbs safely during jobs
• Divert items for donation, recycling, or disposal
• Communicate with operations to keep everything running smoothly
