1-800-GOT-JUNK? Baltimore is hiring a Route Driver and General Labor to start this season from our Clinton location. You will drive our blue trucks, remove junk, provide quotes, and deliver outstanding service.

This full-time role offers competitive pay ($24-$28/hr) plus tips and bonuses in every paycheck, a physically active job, and opportunities for growth within a sales-driven, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ for insurance purposes, or close to turning 21.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (last 3 years) or close to.
• Positive, friendly demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with metrics and goals.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs+ repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Kick off each shift at our Clinton location, team up with fellow drivers and tackle service routes for the day.
• Drive our blue trucks to visit customers, providing junk removal services.
• Use customer service skills to enhance the experience and meet daily goals.
• Dispose of items through recycling, donation, and waste management channels.
• Build strong client relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
