Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? Baltimore is hiring a Route Driver and General Labor at our Clinton, MD location. You will drive our blue trucks, remove junk, provide quotes, and deliver great customer service on every job.

This full-time role requires a valid license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 50 lbs+. Competitive pay between $24 and $28 per hour, with weekly pay and opportunities for growth. Join a fast-paced team that values safety, reliability, and community.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ for insurance (or close to 21).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (last 3 years).
• Positive, friendly demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with metrics and goals.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs+ repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Kick off each shift at Clinton location and team up with drivers to complete routes.
• Provide quotes and remove 50+ lbs of unwanted items.
• Drive blue trucks to customers and perform junk removal services.
• Use customer service skills to enhance the experience and achieve daily goals.
• Dispose of items via recycling, donation, and waste channels.
• Build strong client relationships and identify sales opportunities.

Your Role:
