1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring a Junk Removal Specialist in Dundalk, MD. Join the world’s leading junk removal company and stay active while delivering exceptional on-site service.

You will perform walkthroughs with customers, explain upfront pricing, remove items safely, and work with your team to complete jobs efficiently. No two days are the same, and customer satisfaction is key.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Junk Removal Specialist, you’ll ride along in our shiny 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks, visit customers on-site, and provide exceptional service by:

Performing walkthroughs with customers to identify items for removal

Clearly explaining our upfront pricing and service process

Safely removing and loading unwanted items (furniture, appliances, yard waste, etc.)

Providing a positive, professional, and respectful customer experience

Working closely with your team to complete each job efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Valid driver’s license (preferred but not always required)
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for most of the day
• Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to learn

Perks of the Job:

Competitive hourly pay + tips + performance bonuses ($24-28/hr plus average, including base hourly, profit share, and tips.) Weekly pay

• Flexible scheduling - We offer 4-day and 3-day work weeks, must be available to work at least ONE day over the weekend. Shifts start between 6:30 am - 7:00 am
