1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Route Driver/General Labor to start immediately. You’ll drive our blue trucks, service daily routes, provide quotes, and remove 50+ lbs of items while delivering strong customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ for insurance purposes.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (last 3 years).
• Attitude: Positive, friendly demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Metrics: Comfortable with KPI metrics and revenue sales goals.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs+ repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Kick off each shift at our Charlotte location and service routes for the day.
• Drive our trucks to visit customers and perform junk removal.
• Provide quotes and remove 50+ lbs of items.
• Use customer service skills to enhance the experience and meet daily goals.
• Dispose of items through recycling, donation, and waste channels.
• Build relationships with clients to identify sales opportunities.
