Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? Baltimore Franchise is hiring Truck Team Members to move items, assist homeowners and businesses, and provide friendly service. You will work in pairs in a branded truck, visiting residential and commercial sites across Baltimore.

Expect daily physical work, customer interaction, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles as you gain experience and reliability. Remote start locations may be available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years.
• Reliable, upbeat, and motivated.
• Comfortable speaking with customers.
• Enjoys working as part of a two-person team.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willing to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a teammate in a branded 1-800-GOT-JUNK? truck.
• Travel to residential and commercial locations throughout Baltimore.
• Safely lift, carry, and load items weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Sort collected materials for donation, recycling, or disposal.
• Keep approved items collected from customer jobs.
• Provide courteous, professional service at every appointment.
• Coordinate with dispatch to stay on schedule.
• Begin shifts from an approved remote location when available.
