Job summary

The U.S. Water Culligan Group in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Route Driver to manage a daily delivery route, drop off bottled water and salt, service dispensing units, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

You will troubleshoot basic equipment, load and unload trucks, and build lasting relationships with residential and commercial customers. No college degree required; Class C or B license preferred; full onboarding and benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a Class C or B license if needed.
• Physically able to lift and move heavy products (up to 50-80 lbs).
• Reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable interacting with customers daily.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water, salt, and other products.
• Deliver products safely and accurately to residential and commercial customers.
• Troubleshoot basic functionality issues on water dispensing units; perform water tests and add salt as needed.
