Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck and service portable restrooms and holding tanks at customer sites in Columbus, OH. You will drive safely, perform service tasks, and interact with customers to ensure high-quality service aligned with USS standards.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of two years of commercial driving experience, valid license (CDL or non-commercial), and strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of commercial driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate service truck to drive to locations and service/pump/clean portable restrooms and holding tanks to USS 8-point standard.
• Drive in accordance with USS and DOT safety standards to ensure safe operations and no accidents.
• Perform lifting and manual tasks and work at client sites to deliver quality service.
• Interact with customers on-site to verify service outcomes and address needs.
• Provide routing feedback to Operations to optimize efficiency and customer experience.
• Strategically plan for customer needs and anticipate current and future requirements.
