Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Louisville, KY is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser (BAM). The role sells, orders, and presents products, coordinating with customers to generate accurate orders and ensure plans are executed across accounts.

You will merchandise products safely and follow quality guidelines to drive store performance. On a daily route, you’ll manage promotions, stock, displays, and pricing while fostering strong relationships with store personnel.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Strong critical thinking skills are valued.
• Secondary education beyond high school is preferred.
• High initiative and willingness to learn.
• Career-minded with a competitive spirit.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes for assigned customers on daily routes and generates orders to support revenue and gross profit.
• Executes promotions/new products based on LOS initiatives and POS materials to ensure Red execution scores.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and on shelves per procedures and programs.
• Organizes back room, stacks product, and handles pallets, shells, and damaged/outdated items.
• Creates and distributes POS materials and ensures proper rotation and display at the point of sale.
• Builds relationships with store personnel through follow-ups, pricing, and upcoming activities.
